That time of year is just around the corner—spring wildflowers in South Carolina! Chestnut Ridge Heritage Preserve is a favorite destination for many wildflower enthusiasts. On Saturday, March 29, 2025, join us for a guided hike with Dan Whitten and experience the beauty of trillium, bloodroot, chickweed, violets, Solomon’s seal, and many others. If the group is up for it, we’ll do a more strenuous 5 mile walk with about 1000 feet of elevation, but if not we’ll walk about 3 miles.

Registration opens on February 1, 2025.
