It’s a rain date! The October field trip originally scheduled for Friday the 20th will now be held on Tuesday the 24th. It will be co-led by Dan Whitten and Bill Stringer and will begin at 10 am at the Pickens County Museum.
From there the group will carpool to several USNFS roads, collecting seeds for your landscape, for our seed storage, and for our greenhouse, returning around 3pm.
As Dan put it: “Drag your hand across it, save it for our seed bank, or save it for your yard!”
