The Upstate Chapter of the South Carolina Native Plant Society is looking for a new Publicity Chair—and we’re expanding our Publicity Team to share the load and meet our chapter’s growing communications needs. If you love native plants and want to help others fall in love with them too, we’d love your help!

Our society is 100% volunteer powered, and we’re always looking for passionate people to help carry the mission forward. There are more opportunities to help out than you can shake a stick at—and we’d love to have you on board.

This is your chance to shape how we tell our story—through social media, email newsletters, flyers, press outreach, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned communicator or simply enjoy writing, organizing, or designing, there’s a role for you.

We’ll match you with a role that fits your interests and availability. Every position can be done from the comfort of your very own home, and we’re happy to ease new folks in gradually. Training and support are available. And if you’re ready for a leadership role, the Publicity Chair position is open and essential to the chapter’s success.
