Volunteer Opportunity: The 5th Annual “Barrels & Beer”!
Saturday, April 1 from 11:00 to 2:00 at the Carolina Bauernhaus, Anderson, SC
Every year the Anderson County Soil & Water Conservation District hosts “Barrels & Beer,” a gala event promoting water education and local businesses, and interacting with the community.
This year they’ll be featuring our own Rick Huffman as a speaker (he’s terrific, not to be missed!), plus barrel-painting, beer drinking, and much else. And, new this year, kid-friendly activities, too!
The Upstate Chapter is sponsoring an info table, and we need volunteers to man it, including setting it up, staffing it, and breaking it down.
