This is a shrub. the leaves are currently spotted but i think it’s in need to help. The leaves stay all year round. Small shrub, not flowering.

I am not sure on this one. The pictures suggest it is a small cultivated rounded shrub and not native. If it were a tall shrub in the woods I might guess farkleberry, but my best guess is that this is an unhappy Raphiolepis indica. It is sometimes called Indian hawthorn. Please compare this with internet pictures. If you ever get flowers, please re-submit and I’ll try again.
