your guess is as good as mine on this one. It is similar to Nyssa sylvatica, black gum, as well as persimmon, Diospyros virginiana. I also checked Cotinus, the smoke tree. I couldn’t match it perfectly with any of these. I guess we need to let it grow and see. Note the autumn colors – it may help, that could give us a lead. Also, see:
