I am the same person that sent you the earlier picture of low quality. This one is no better. The “fruit” in this picture measures about the size of a 25 cent coin. It looks like a small wild persimmon. I guess hurricanes causes me to take back pictures. Thanks for looking at my two plants in question.

from what I can tell from your picture, this is the fruit of a rose, called a rose hip, and the rose is the genus Rosa. I’m afraid that is the best I can do on this one. Both wild and cultivated roses have this type of fruit.
