I found this in my front woods. I’m curious if I should let it grow or remove it.

this is immature so I do not know for sure what it is. It does seem to be related to wild lettuce, Lactuca. So, I would let it grow to find out what it is, and when it flowers, please resubmit with pictures of the flower and the whole plant.
