I need to know if this is wild grape leaves of some kind or if it is poisonous.

it looks like a wild grape, Vitis, to me. Those are flower buds. Certainly not poisonous. A similar ‘look-alike’ invasive plant is the porcelain berry but this does not look like it to me.
