Fall seeds for collecting. Liatris spicata and Asclepias tuberosa

Join the Upstate Chapter for a seed collecting field trip and educational outing.  The date is Saturday, October 15 at 9am. Meet at the Holly Springs Store   (6491 HWY 11, the intersection of HWY 11 and HWY 178) in Pickens to carpool out to National Forest land.  Park in the gravel area above the store, not in the store parking spots. Bring some paper bags.  Bring gloves, hat, wear sturdy shoes, and dress for the weather.  Bring snacks or portable lunch.    Seeds will be used for propagation at the Upstate Native Nursery (UNN).  Contact Dan Whitten with questions:  [email protected].
