Puttyroot, Aplectrum hyemale

Please join us on May 1, 2023 at 9am for a hike up to Old Indian Mountain. We will meet at the Poinsett Bridge Heritage Preserve to start a hike that also goes through Camp Old Indian Boy Scout camp and then onto Greenville Watershed property. The hike will be co–led by Vic Shelbourne and Dan Whitten.

It is an out and back hike of about 5 miles. We will pass by two state champion trees and will hope to see a great array of woodland wildflower species and interesting ferns as well.
