Frank is a member of the SCNPS Upstate Chapter Board and holds the ‘Issues’ chair.  He keeps the Chapter abreast of ongoing conservation efforts in the state; both private and government.

Frank’s Backstory:

He’s also president of Naturaland Trust, the land trust that protects South Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains and special places in the Piedmont and a senior attorney with the Southern Environmental Law Center (SELC).  In this capacity, he has represented the SCNPS in a number of efforts to protect native plants and their habitats, most recently including the endangered Bunched Arrowhead (Hexastylis naniflora).
