I’m sorry I cannot identify your plant from your pictures. It appears to be growing in a garden, so may be cultivated. If it flowers, resubmit a picture again. If it was truly in a wild area, it does resemble Prenanthes / Nabalus somewhat.
What does “You He” mean??
